OLIVE BRANCH OLD TOWNE is a triangular shaped area roughly one quarter square mile in size, that encompasses the old historic business district of Olive Branch. OLD TOWNE is bordered by Old Highway 178 on the northeast, by Goodman Road on the south and by Highway 305 (Cockrum Street) on the west. There are approximately ninety businesses located in OLD TOWNE. The area has the largest concentration of antique, gift, floral and collectible shops in the Mid-South.
While the City of Olive Branch has experienced record-setting growth and development in recent years, OLIVE BRANCH OLD TOWNE has managed to preserve its historical character and remains little changed in appearance from an early twentieth century Mississippi Township.
